We're still practicing. 
No luck yet.
Yes, the company is still dreadful. I had finally got moved to a new manager though and was liking it a lot better. Then in July my manager and senior manager and 1/3 of the department got laid off. The department was disbanded & the people who were left were moved to other departments. Have I posted all this here? Can't remember & can't be @rsed to go look. Anyway, I've been in training for my new department for a week or so now & I don't think it's going to be a good fit. Have an interview on Monday for another company a lot closer to home.
