Emeline would be my next guess, as in Emeline Pankhurst the British suffregette. Do you have strong felings concerning womens rights?
Ohhh i love this guessing
Good evening
Emee, out from under the rock Posted May 14, 2004
I *do* have strong feelings regarding women's rights and I like the name Emeline, but it isn't mine.

Ooops, sorry about the delay.
I'll try Esmerelda next, the beautiful peasant girl who bewitches the poor hunchback.
* Stuffs a pillow up the back of his shirt, trys to look like Charles Laughton, and waits to be bewitched*
Did you hear that Quasimodo in an attempt to show his undying love for Esmerelda, told her to watch as he rang the bells of Notre Dame cathedral for her.She went up the tower to find Quasi perched precariously on a parapet facing the largest bell. He leapt across the dividing space, and hit the bell a resounding crack with his forehead causing the bell to peal beautifully, before he rebounded onto the parapet. Four times he repeated this move, each time the note from the bell became more haunting and more beautiful. On the fifth attempt disaster struck, he caught the bell a glancing blow, and he was thrown hundreds of feet off the tower to crash in a broken heap on the square below. Esmerelda ran panic stricken down the tower and fought her way through the crowd that had formed around the lifeless body of Quasimodo.
"Did you know him Esmerelda?" asked one of the crowd.
"Mmmmm" she said thoughtfully,"His face rings a bell"

How about Amelia, (spelling probably wrong ).........as in the famous female pilot. I reckon thats got to be it,it sounds like Emee...........are you a high flyer my old pal?
How's everything else, planned how to spend the maternity leave yet?
Good evening
Emee, out from under the rock Posted Jun 1, 2004
Not Amelia either. Used to work for someone named Amelia - very nice person.
Keep guessing.
I'm going to spend the maternity leave trying to keep up with the baby and laundry and dishes. Should be interesting. Will also probably travel somewhere for Christmas and have to go to my brother's college graduation in December. Other than that, nothing too exciting.
Good evening

Aimee ? That's a nice name..........tres Francaise, n'es pas?
Mandy? Of Barry Manilow fame
Hermionie?.......(Got to get a spellchecker)Like in Harry Potter
I haven't been sat here for a week pondering ,spent part of last week in Devon at a tournament, now i'm back at work .
Hope is all going well, and the bump isn't causing too many fashion problems yet .
I've just had a thought........is Emee relevent to your real name, or am i being led astray by a red herring?
Good evening
Emee, out from under the rock Posted Jun 10, 2004
It is relevant to my real name, but not in a literal sense - Amy ---> Emee, that sort of thing.
Good evening

The bump is doing fine. I've started wearing some bigger clothes these days - jeans were getting a little snug.
Have an ultrasound next week. Hoping for cooperation so we can find out the gender.
Good evening
airscotia-back by popular demand Posted Jun 12, 2004
Ohhh ultrasound pictures are just so cute I remember seeing the first pics, it really makes you realise that there's a baby there, and not just a bump.
We didn't find out what sex ours were..........it was quite exciting.
Funny thing, i never imagined you wearing jeans. I have this mental image of a businesswoman type......all padded shoulders and dark suits
Hmmm this name thing is becoming more illusive ........
Bethany? Beatrice? Belle?
Good evening

They let us wear jeans since we don't usually have direct contact with customers or vendors. When any of them are in town though, we have to dress a little nicer.
Think initials...
Oh - and it's a girl!
Good evening

Continuing with the royal theme..........Mary? Do you use both names all the time? I think that's quite a cute Americanism.
