I haven't played drafts on Yahoo for ages... Well, i only played once at the begining... with the messenger on... but my opponent was a chatterbox... so i couldn't concentrate and lost most of of the games... well, that's my excuse and i stick to it..
I'm still on the Digibox... TW not being very fast when it comes to restore full service...
So far i have checked if all the channels were back at least ten times today... Hmmmm... patience might not be my strength after all...
My Yahoo email inbox must be full up by now with the regular amount of spam emails i get every day...
sBack later...

Angel was right about, you can leave a message for someone on yahoo when they are not online, and if you go int File you can keep all the messages so you don't loose them when you go off line

Hi Manda, Chell, SEF, Intern and Loup I hope you are all keeping well.
I have found that I have unsubscribed to conversations/threads without knowing it. Now and again I keep on being booted to a holiday offer to the Isle of Mann. When I did some copying and pasting at the library I changed the preference to alabaster because I found that it did not work on plain. When I went back home I found it was still in plain and about half an hour ago it had changed back to Alabaster. I have got it back to plain now.

I have been having problems with my yahoo email where alot of my emails have been deleted when I did not want them. I also cannot retreive them in the trash file. For some reason when files are deleted either by accident or intentionally they do not go into the trash can file. The library staff cannot help me.

I used to play draughts but that was along time ago around 1979. I would not be able to remember how to play the game now. I used to play contact bridge but that was along time ago 1979. The last time I played a card game was in 1991 which was whist. I used to play patience on the computer at my admin course but did not understand why I won or lost. People would try and explain me the game but I was lost with their explaintions.

Hi Kat,
I play contract bridge sometimes with my friends (not very recently) but my family were mostly whist players and had trouble understanding the bidding when I tried to teach them. Only the really competitive one was keen to learn. I always thought draughts was much more egalitarian than chess. I kept wanting to sacrifice the king and protect the "prawns". Chinese checkers is another game where all the pieces have equal rights (they don't even get to be crowned).

I've got a bit lost. Was this the thread where at one point we were talking about blobs which aren't the same in white and blue? I found another "pair":
<./>B48557blue</.>
<./>B48557white</.>

I'm getting a mixture of errors: BBCi service not available, blank white screen and a few others. NARTHUR4 is dead but that should still mean only 1 in 8 pages fails and it seems like much more and other types of servers involved. The BBC news apparently said yesterday that they were having a lot of trouble and not to bother trying to login for the normal post-news session. That was reported to me by someone else though so I don't know which BBCi services were supposed to be affected or all of them.

It is defiantly more than 1 in 8
Out of all the errors, I think the white screens are the worse
