Making an assumption that the ONLY people offended by homophobia are the homosexuals is wrong. Those homosexuals have families and friends too.

Caleb. Do you know any gays? You said there were not a lot of gays where you live. You may not know who is,the flamboyant gays are not the only gay personality! In the US only 1 in 4 children grow up in a (their original) 2 parent/traditional household. That would make for a many more, if not the majority of humans being gay by your family formula. For us both:I think it is important to listen to different views. If for no other reason: "Know thine enemy".****I would not consider you my enemy.

...but someone far more extreme, has. However you won't get far with him since he is less polite even than Caleb at his worst, who at least would hold the door open for ladies.

...now added feminism to the list of mortal sins.
Seems like a very Catholic way of doing things. Justinian Infallibility?

I don't think Charlton Heston could play me. The only actor I've been compared to is John Cusak, although with my mustache I look a lot older. Given my choice, I'd like to be played by Kevin Spacey.
I'm neither christian nor liberal.

I agree wit "caleb16" on abortion. i have found in my life that homosexuality is a sin but so is over eating. i am a fat man. i have found that i cannot ridicule a homosexual while jamming three cheese burers down my throat. i have to admit, in my youth i had the exact thoughts as "caleb 16". i must apoligise for both of our old beliefs, but caleb was a 16 year old from a small toen in the middle of the bible belt. he was not as wise as he is now i'm sure.

Yes, I should think it would be hard to speak at all while jamming three cheeseburgers down your throat.
What do you mean by "homosexuality"? If you mean "practising an actively homosexual lifestyle" then yes, it could probably be equated with overeating. OTOH, if you mean "finding members of one's own gender sexually attractive" it's not exactly something that's under conscious control is it?

What?
"practising an actively homosexual lifestyle" then yes, it could probably be equated with overeating. "
So how is having an active sex life got anything to do with over-eating?

Oh, that makes sense, I don't know anyone who bases their moral life on a book, so I didn't guess thats what you meant.
Luckily loads of Christian ministers are accepting homosexuality now. I mean my two girl gerbils are always at it, its just what animals do, and humans are just another species of animal aferall.
Albeit the most judgemental, destructive animals that there ever was.
