You are so noble, AW.
You put the rest of us to shame as we sit in our beach chairs and sip mint juleps, enjoying the leisure that we've earned by using cut-and-paste for out Internet hugs.

Hi Avenging You were right life can get good again. I just had the best day in when I can't remember. A crazy day with other artists riding round on an open top bus, drumming to the people. And we got a free huge supermarket trolley of food, exquisite treats for a wondrous picnic, can you believe it for free. £500 worth, around 800 dollars I think that is. And we marched through the local psychiatric hospital and more a less took over for half an hour. A musical oddysey. A day I shall never forget, because we managed to turn all the normal rules on their heads. Expensive food for free and yes the lunatics finally took over the asylum. And everywhere we went people smiled I'm as high as a kite.....

Sounds wonderful!
I used to go Christmas caroling at a psychiatric hospital.
In the Spring, I usually sing in nursing homes or veterans'
hospitals.
We have three such concerts coming up next week.

Paul it's 3.56am here and the dawn chorus is going full pelt outside. I'm still not even the slightest bit sleepy. I'm still so high from what happenned today. I know you would have absolutely have LOVED it. To be honest I'm a little worried to by the way I am, without drugs. but when something wonderful happens I suppose it's good to CELEBRATE.
BTW if i disappear for a while you'll know they've locked me up
