Morally speaking, if would be doing them a service. If they're too stupid to live then they're bound to horribly kill themselves in some stupid manner eventually. Legally speaking, it is wrong.

which is better, sluggy, User Friendly, or 8-bit theater?

I don't really care for User Friendly and I'd say that 8-bit theater slightly edges out Sluggy in terms of what makes me burst out laughing out loud in public and get myself committed more often.
