weather - take the last 3 letters "her" and mix them up in another word = lett'ERH'eads and now "ads" are the last 3 letters and so on

The snow is mostly gone.

But now I have car trouble, due to my own carelessness in hitting a curb and blowing out two tires and twisting the rims. And that's what I could *see*. Who knows what else is wrong under the hood?

with the latest lot of snowfall, did you have to roof climb ? to clear the flue

You have no idea how careful I've been the last couple of days.

is there no way the flue can be adapted ? to prevent snow build up around it ? and therefore remain unclogged if heavy snowfall

A ladder and a rake are my only tools in that case.

could you not fit an extension to the flue pipe to take it higher ?

I know. From Washington, D.C. on down, a small amount of snow can cause a lot of havoc.

But even here, there are certain amounts of snow that are best avoided. You just don't go out until someone has cleared the snow away.
