No need to *just* lurk - you can actually post here as much as you like.

They are not counterfeit.
Nor are the ones I have in my treasure hoard.
A dragon knows these things.
Also, you can't require a license for spending
cash. Currency is gunfible, which means that
one Moxon is exactly as valuable as any other
Moxon.

*bites a Moxon and leaves teeth marks*
Look these are no good . If you want to stay here you'll have to give me the real McCoy not try and fob me off with any old rubbish !

Red Dog also keeps shifting around--he's
a cunning one. First he was demanding
Moxons, and now wants real McCoys. Trouble
is, most of the Real McCoys are dead, now.
Walter Brennan died long ago. Then Richard Crenna
(who played Luke) died recently. Kathy Nolan
may still be alive. I don't know about the
girl who played Hassie.

So Lady Scott, how have you been?
Out of respect for the subject Red Dog
chose for this thread, I shall try to
discus nothing, to the extent that I've
noticed any lately.
Had any snowstorms lately? Stampedes
of wild elephants?

Lady Scott Posted Jul 21, 2003
Nope.
*Nothing at all* like that.
How about you? Any fire ant invasions?

When I first read that post, I thought you were talking about fine art, then I realized you were talking about *nothing at all*.
Speaking of fine art, have you bought any old original masterpieces lately?

There's nothing at all on my walls except
reproductions of Chinese silk paintings
and cheapo original paintings that I got
on sale at some tourist trap in provincetown.
I think that the rent for this thread should
be nothing at all.

Lady Scott Posted Jul 21, 2003
That's exactly what I was thinking - the subject line sort of says it all, don't you think?

Is it safe to come out yet?
I thought the leaf was our unit of currency, anyhow?
