I think the collective noun is Troop and they are all mad as ..... well clowns really. Are they dangerous ..... well depends whether you can out run someone in size 18 boots !

Ah, but here is your downfall- a single clown is a weapon of terror, but a group of clowns will be too busy hitting one another, throwing buckets of paint over one another and making honking noises to be any real threat.
We can them pick them off at our leisure from the camping point next to the sniper rifle.

1 shoots QQ with a water jet from a fake flower on his lapel.
2 throws a custard pie in QQ's face.
3 attempts to runs QQ over with a ricketty car but the wheels and most of the panels fall off when a loud bang goes off after starting it up
