Sad, Mad or Bad? - I always wanted to be a dino, but alas, I'm just old. Started conversation Jul 24, 2001
We the undersigned, some of whom may be of sound mind, or at least know a 
who can be convinced, with much bribery and corruption, to certify them so, do hereby declare the following:
That one Ottox, a researcher of h2g2, ACE, GURU and all 'round nice guy, often seen rolling his eyes around the various fora, and known to be one of those entities described as 'lurkers' (henceforth referred to as 'Ottox') is a friend of ours, much beloved by all of us.
That the aforementioned Ottox is a vastly entertaining, not to mention, prolific poster (as is evidenced by his frequently appearance on the h2g2 info page).
Whereas we are first and foremost interested in said Ottox's welfare, and do heartily believe that he should be free to post in an environment conducive to his physical and psychological welfare, and
whereas we believe Ottox would be even more prolific a poster if he were able to spend more time here, and entertain his friends to a higher degree, we request the following:
1. That Ottox should receive special dispensation from attending that most heinous of institutions, hereafter referred to as 'work'.
2. That he should, in view of the benefits to his friends which arise from his presence here, receive an increase in personal income from aforementioned posting.
