"a substitute expression for anything the name of which a speaker cannot momentarily think of"
I had a feeling it was something like that... a bit like oojamaflip, doojamaplonkit.

Suits me down to the ground I reckon smiley - ok

Well, I have to admit that when I see your name I'm still thinking 'Gosho'.

Some of us get a wild hair to change our names we just open a new account. I wish I'd have used my favorite alias on an account I use more frequently, and I wish I'd named Miloso something else, as that's the name I like the least.

Someone else mentioned opening a new account, but that was never in mind - I like this one and everything that's attached to it. Abandoning it would be like losing everything in your My Documents folder when your PC crashes and you have to reinstall the OS smiley - sadface

Opening a second account feels scary, naughty, occult, spooky . . . must try it some time. I'll save it up.

I've seen someone sign the wrong name and give the game away. Moral: never sign your posts.

I think GD might have done it... I know that Hoovooloo has.

By the way... I think it was in this thread that GD pointed out that a Google search returned only one hit for Oojakapiv. It now returns three, but the two new ones aren't my PS smiley - sadface They're U195965 and A1022897smiley - spacesmiley - flustered

Curious; you're googled up in Dolt's Friends list. That means that you'll soon be googled at all your friends' sites, but not your own while you persist in all that Gosho stuff (who's he) smiley - huh

Who's Gosho!!!??? smiley - steam

The nerve of the question....

About 48 posts back, Bugspray, you asked what fun things I had planned. I don't remember now. I think that was a work day.

Today is not a work day.

But I will be braving a storm this morning to drive to Denver for a poetry workshop, and then I'll have five and a half hours to kill.

The weather's meant to be nasty today. I was kinda hoping to visit the library and also, perhaps, my favorite bookstore.

Then I TA for an American Civilization course in the evening.

Then I get right back home, because I have work at 8 in the morning tomorrow.

That's what's fun today.

Cheers.

Hi, Recumbentman.

OH!!! GOSHO!!! .... I like the new name. Next to Gosho, it's the best.

"Who's Gosho" is not a question, though it may look like one.

It is a turning away from the things that have been, to face resolutely an unknown but (perhaps) sternly challenging future.
