I knew it was too good to last! Yep! A computer wipeout!
What started to look like a graphics problem ? I asked a nieghbour who knows about pc's and programming etc etc, for his advice He said "it does sound like a graphic card problem, bring it over to me and I'll check it out on one of my pc's
Yep! your card is at fault! So I asked my bro-in-law to purchase me a replacement online, as of course - I've no internet.
New one bought = £100 - fitted it in and opps! STILL got the same fault 
Windows etc would NOT let me in to the pc, to fault find or reinstall windows.
So 
I asked my bro-in-law to purchase me a new windows 10 disc = £69 - This DID install and now I'm slowly setting up my various programs etc again and overcoming the odd little hiccup that windows puts in my path
I can't call my nieghbour a liar, as I've no proof etc that he checked my "old" graphics card, but at a later date I will install it in my pc, to see IF it works ok..
Needless to say, not being on the internet etc and here in hootoo for a week and half wasn't very pleasant, especially with the ongoing covid 19 around the world and no contact with friends
