had them checked this morning, they are full and are NOT refillable cartridges, it's the electronics of them that MY printer will not recogniseso they are useless

wain't be buying any more from that place and I can't be bothered to email them about the cartridgesas even IF they might take them back ?, I'd still have postage to pay and packaging to buy to send them

What sort of cartridges are they prof. A lot of cartridge suppliers can give you a bit of software that re-sets the chip.

I got fed up of Lexmark and HP, I bought an Epson multi function. It takes 4 cartridges, black/blue/red/green they are replaceable individually as and when, and all four compatables cost £12.00 as a high capacity pack.

did the switch on/off TQ, it part workedinstead of showing " colour cartridge empty" it showed "colour cartridge low" but still didn't print and colour test page.
I'll follow up the other and see on prices of chip changers

cost and mucking about counts a chip resetter out, so coughing up £27.98 for 2 useless cartridgestough and it'll be rait

went in to printer shop and oh dearwe ain't got any lexmark No 37 colour cartridges in at the moment and for refillable ones, it has to have a "A" under the No37 and are hard to come by so company can make more on one use ones of course
so went and got one from argos, sale £16.99 down from £24 something

well! new PC came last Tuesday, does everything run smooth - nah come on! it is me ain't itfirstly I had to take out windows 7 (they had put that in to check the pc out, but with no serial number)not that I'd ordered it, as I have my own XP. So installs XP and all updates etc, then driver discs that came with the pcmmm! ? seems a slight hiccup somewhere, proceeds to put various programs on, anti virus etc. Keep getting the odd little freezing up ?, starts checking around (as you do)this doesn't bode well and me thinking here we go againputs a few games in, some work, 2 crash. So I reckons that the usual conflict somewhere in the system, today I've updated the various drivers and all seems quiet on the western front now

I'm NOT paranoid! I LOVE microsoft Windows and pc's

until I wake up that is and turn the bloody thing on

I'm sticking to Macs - until Steve Jobs has another heart attack and dies or is too ill - he's off sick again now. Once his faux-adolescent schtick goes, I think Macs will probably go straight into unkewlness and lastyearness. Like they did in the 90's.

The fact that I love my Mac won't count for anything against the mass trendsetters of teenage middleamerica.

Magnets tend to do funny things to CDs/DVDs.....

They do even WORSE things to tape cassettes!!!!!!
