I am in awe of all these people arriving from afar. It's like one of those big reunion parties.
I expect people to say 'You've not changed a bit!'
adds a few and to the occasional tables...

Hey, I'm not as ancient as I look, and certainly not as ancient as I feel!

Oh stop! You still look great! You haven't changed a bit!
*munches * Thanks, LB!
Hey PF, do you still have that Badger towel I knicked for you from the pub during the Meet?

Sleep well!
Yes Shea, I have it still - in fact it's in this very room right now! - but I thought we were never to raise the subject of your murky past again!

Shea do you think there is any chance Avenging Washcloth might come back?
I know we can't everything..but I wanted to ask.

I figure the statutes of limitations has passed on the bar . At least I hope so!
I don't think AW will be coming back. I heard a bit about her from Lady Scott (whom I'm still very friendly with), and she's got other internet interests now.
Too bad. She was very funny and a lovely person.

Shame.
(about AW, not about you having avoided having your collar felt!)

I have a clear picture of Shea in my mind, but I can't remember if I've met her in RL or only seen a photo.

Maybe she's leaving it open as a sort of scavenger hunt from that lonnnnnng list. One of my accounts was the 'Keeper of Faint Hopes'

Pretty much, they were to be generally responsible for things under their titles about the site. Say someone was the Keeper of Tumble Bunnies? It would be his or her job to ensure that any around h2g2 were well groomed, fed and generally pampered.
And considering how many dusty corners there are in this place, that would be a huge task!

Gingersnapper+Keeper of the Cookie Jar and Stuff and Nonsense Posted Jun 24, 2011
OH!, What a wonderful and fun place h2g2 is. It has been so busy here that the cookie jar is almost empty. I must dust off my apron and refill it with Choccy Bickies per request of Prof Animal Chaos and good old standbys: crisp gingersnaps(of course), molasses chews, plump cinnamon raisin/nut oatmeal and fancy ladyfingers. And Oreos,Peanutbutter cookies and good'ol chips. Requests for your favorite is in order. I will even out and find a 2ed cookie jar. .. ... . .. ...

Well, Shea, I didn't go anywhere, and I've even stayed in your spare room!
