- I've got this image of you in a lovey beachside property now...
I'm in the cyber cafe on the second floor of a 13 floor hospital building, looking out at a street with with several miserable looking flats...
But the sun is shining, and I've got Hootoo...

Hi Moonhogg, well it's *nearly* on the beach 
but tonight we have a Yellow Storm warning. It's very gusty indeed here normally, but we are running into near hurricane weather. Although I think the correct term is tropical storm. 
We're not really in the tropics though. . . 'Subtropical Storm'?

Sat on a car park, waiting to collect my daughter from Guides.
If you don't mind me asking, roughly whereabouts are you? What would I need to put in Google Earth? Sorry, I'm very nosey - I can't afford to explore the real world, so I like to do it via G.E.

In Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, Canary Islands ( roughly 40 miles off the Western Sahara.)
