Oz from Buffy, just utterly adorable, though it was Xander who, when I was 14, made me realise I was gay.

Jamie Bamber from the resurrected Battlestar Galactica is incredibly hot (just watch Final Cut: wow, just wow) but my real crush is on Chief Tyrol.
