only to be confronted by an ad for Robyn.
I thought that was a bit ironic at the time.
(Robyn is a female Swedish singer)

That reminds me beermats - pubs - nuts

A friend of mine showed me a packet of peanuts which had the words,
"This product may contain nuts!" printed on the packet.

Now there's a thing.

"Everybody knows a bloke like Micky"- that Head&Shoulders ad really, REALLY gets on my nerves. He looks exactly the same! And not that great, either...

The one that gets me to switch channels, though, is the Vodafone overdraft service. Or any of their other ads, really.
