Got the ladies to run 2 miles on top of 20 minutes high intensity agility drills and even the ones who dont like running enjoyed it because I hid the running in a game that taught them about field position aswell.
And I didnt spill any of my post session pint.

Two little victorys tonight.
A[ Did an online grocery shop, adn they had a suitable slot for it to be delivered tomorrow, so I get food.
B[ Someone poured me a glass of wine, which I wasn't expecting and I didnt* spill any of it on my shirt.

By eyeballing, I managed to center an iron-on on a shirt for PaperBaby.
The glove box stopped shutting, and the light in it drains the battery if the car sits for a day--I managed to wedge something on top of the pushy-down-thingy so that the light is off despite the lid still being broken (If HN's reading--that's why my battery was dead when you were up here, though considering the timing of everything, it's probably just as well)

Got to work early enough to get *out* early enough to get udder business done and go swimming too.
Also got some carving done for the first time in a while, and got an Entry off to a start.
Three minor victories against procrastination!

Die P word, die!
I finished my set for friday and got a fair amount of rehearsing done. It's my electro night's birthday.
I got toothpaste on myself again though.

Well... you started this thread which eventually (ie today) lead to me becoming clear, mentally, on the relative levels of correctness between "tooth paste" and "toothpaste". That counts as education.

Finding a surprise amazing lunch in a barren hole of a place.
Several different varieties of non-spill occured while eating, and I got the last bottle of milk before someone else came in after me to buy one.

Managed to lift the slide projectors up to the shelves over my head today, and put the wooden screens on the windowsill *without* working my right arm to total failure.
That doesn't sound like a lot, but it means I can start training again as the nerve seems to be healed!

My little victory today was whilst reading to one of the children at school and then I got a bigger audience! Seven children listened to 'Jack and The Beanstalk' My original reader-to was sat by my side all the way through

then another fiddle
followed by a trombonist, minus trombone...
But a good folk / Jazz session...

Managed to remain un-redundant. Not everyone who turned up in the office today can make the same claim.

Thank you.
We didn't receive any communication about this. Some people were called into their manager's offices, then shortly afterwards went home.
I heard (on the grapevine) that word had come down from the CEO that:
1: Managers had been prohibited from discussing this with their teams;
2: Staff were not to discuss this between themselves.
Our CEO* is an utter, utter, bunt.
One of our company's "values" is "People Driven". Away, apparently.

Quite a good morning of little victories. Well, maybe not so much victories, but definitely things in my favour.
Booked car at airport for our hols. Helpful girl pointed out that I would save £26 by doing the booking online rather than over the phone - well done that girl
Booked charity shop pick up van for Monday, and yes they'll happily take a box of bric-brac too.
Lovely business lunch - I was ready for the dreaded sandwiches, which I hate as I avoid wheat, but it was the most delicious sushi rolls, and little mini cream fruit tarts. Yum!
Dropped off a big black bag to one charity shop, tried the Posh Nearly New shop to get rid of 3 more expensive outfits, but they only took 2, so left a rather good suit in another charity shop. Hey, it's been hanging in my wardrobe unworn for 3 tears, someone will be delighted with picking a £200 suit at a bargain price, and I've given a bit to chairty. Feels very cleansing.

Thinking a geometrical problem is unsolvable because the description could be interpreted two different ways - and then realising it doesn't matter, the result is the same either way!
