Dogma's okay (and it's got Janeane Garfalo in it which is always a bonus!), but it's not a patch on Clerks and Mallrats.
Watched Hellboy, Dog Soldiers (I really cannot get bored of this film) and French Kiss (Mrs. D's choice!) again in the last few days.

Watched Ocean's 12 yesterday afternoon and I really enjoyed it, wasn't the greatest film ever but it had gorgeous blokes, attractive women and a decent plot with some very good sequences and cameos. I left the cinema laughing and in a good mood which is all I normally ask of a film

Some of yous guys might be interested in scurrying on over to join in with a new monthly Film Club: A3579438
The idea is that we all rent the same DVD once a month and then discuss it. We're taking nominations for February just now.

Dammnit. I picked up a cinema freebie mag yesterday to discover that in the next few months the cinemas are going to be full of watchable movies - X-men 3, Pirates 2, H2G2, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Mr. Tim Burtons one. Must find a job so I can afford to go see them.
Unfortunately there is also going to be a Narnia film and the last of the Star Wars

X Men 3? I didn't know that was due for release this year - which is quite scary since I had a meeting in work telling me all the major and most of the minor films to be released. I'll have to ask about it because I cannot wait to see that film

I haven't been to a theater in about 7 months (but there's been nothing out that I really needed to see badly enough to be worth an $11 ticket). However, between rentals, Xmas gifts, and recent purchases, I've seen a few goodies lately: "Le Corbeau (The Raven)", "Death Race 2000", "Joe", "Ms .45", and dozens of others.

Had me scared then, I don't mind not paying attention in work when its not important: fire safety, don't eat stock - it's theft, pay attention or you're sacked sort of thing, but important stuff like films - I'd have to think I was inattentive

Nonsense - Keanu's finest hour is in the Alex Winter directed treat, 'Freaks', which features (an uncredited) Keanu as 'Ortiz the Dog Boy' and Mr T as 'The Bearded Lady'...

Okay Blues Shark, Bill and Ted is Keanu Reeves' best film as a main character.
The Matrix was enjoyable enough but I can't have been the only one who spent the whole time waiting for Mr. Reeves to go "EXCELLENT!" and then play air guitar.

Well, at least Keanu has therefore made *two* better movies than Richard Gere ever has...

I spent the whole of Bram Stokers Dracula (Bram Stokers my arse!) waiting for Jonathon Harker to go 'totally bogus vampire dude'. Without a shadow of a doubt Mr Reeves worst film ever. Although Winona Rider did help to f*"k it too. And the director, who has made slightly better films. And the script writer, and the cinematographer, and the...

Yeah and don't pay money too see Meet the Fockers. Rent Dodgeball instead, it has the advantage of being funny.
