Aye Bee, that'd probably be the ZZ's putting stress on your body. You should spend more time lying down.

I'm sure your Wench's Handbook has a few suggestions for activities which can be done lying down.

Did you know that, by and large, men get gout and women get bunions.
Having said that, by the time I look at this thread again there'll be plenty of examples to the contrary. Just what I learned in med. science, though.

@
From the worldwidewords website by Michael Quinion I have learned these useless things about the "@". Its official name in international character sets is "commercial at". Although it is most commonly known in English as simply "at".
In German it is often called klammeraffe, “spider monkey”. (Think of the prehensile tail.)
The Danish usually call it snabel a, “a (with an) elephant’s trunk”.
Hungarians call it kukac, "maggot/worm".
The Swedish call it kanelbulle, “cinnamon bun”.
The French refer to it as escargot informally.
The Thai name for it means "wiggling wormlike character".
And in Russian it is "little dog".
And if you were wondering about its original use the Florentine merchants used it to denote units of weight or volume, the amphora which equated to the standard terracotta jar.

... and in Chinese, the "@" is called "hsiao laoshu" i.e. "little mouse", like a mouse seen from above, with its tail circled around itself.

I thought of a really useless (but interesting) fact today but I've forgotten it. Anyone got any idea what it could've been?

Taliking of the @ in different countries, in Portuguese it's 'arroba' which was also a unit of weight. The word is virtually the same in Spanish (slightly different pronunciation) but in Spain it was a weight of about 11 kilos whereas in Portugal it was worth about 14 kilos!
I would come to Portugal for your shopping

On 13 September 1991 national British newspaper 'The Guardian' claimed that certain characters names from Captain Pugwash could be viewed in a vulgar context (e.g. Master Bates and Seaman Staines). Such character names did not form any part of the series and creator John Ryan successfully won retractions and settlements from both 'The Guardian' and another British newspaper, 'The Sunday Correspondent', which also printed a similar story.
