The Allied States of Sorrillia just joined the hootoo region thanks to your conversation.
It seems the Guide gets everwhere.

And just in case you're just now stumbleing into the conversation and too lazy to read the back log (like me):
The Hootoo region of www.nationstates.net is low on countries and is in need of a population boost. Personally taylor your country to yourself and run your own nation, democratic, communist, anarchist, whatever you want. Password is h2g2. (so long as the present delegacy hasn't chaged it)

I haven't changed the password.
And too all comers--please know that unlike most regions, I have instituted the policy in Hootoo that I will only issue my delegate's vote in the UN after listening to the comments of the nations of Hootoo. I won't just vote however I want--I'll make my vote represent the concensus or majority in Hootoo.

NationStates is a website where you can create and run your own country, it's a lot of fun. H2g2 has it's own region called hootoo. Go to www.nationstates.net and click on create a nation then when you're done search for hootoo and join us. The password is h2g2

Go to the site, tell it you want to make a new country, fill out a small survey to set the attitude of your peoples, move into the Hootoo region, maybe join the UN, and determine the solution you'd like to whatever of the random issues NationStates gives you daily.
