I think Iceland took Bejam over
What about Moon Dust, some fizzy powder that used to pop in your mouth and Jublies, pyramid shaped lolly, alas Jublies now has a different meaning

Wonka chocolate brought out, oddly, a chocolate bar with moon dust type thing in it. 'Twas most odd. Don't know if they still do it though...

BK, I remember Moon Dust as Space Dust, which was taken off the shelves after children choked when cramming a whole packet in their mouths.
Does anyone remember the 'Classic' chocolate bar, which was a milk and plain chocolate marbled bar, 'Tiffin' that was a bit like Fruit and Nut, Bar six, which had 6 bars (you don't say ) and I believe also contained broken biscuits, and Mintoes, which were a pyramidal sweet (there was also a caramel version who's name escapes me)with a mint-creme centre.
Click-clacks? This was made up of a piece of string with a hard resin/plastic ball at each end which, by raising and lowering your arm quickly, would click-clack together. It was again withdrawn from sale as some balls shattered disasterously, but also children were getting strangled (accidentally or intentionally) or wounded by the string/balls.
Oh! What happy safe days we lived in then. Click-Clacks made great Boleros for tripping people too
BTW Does Bazooka Joe and Anglo Bubbly still exist? And did anyone ever buy the x-ray specs advertised on Bazooka Joe's slips?

*puts on hat of knowledge*
You can get 4 pint cans.. but not the 7 pints, because they had a tendency to blow after a few weeks ..
Is Worthy E still around? I had a craving for that when I was pregnant, never touched it before or since..

One of those emails went round a while back. You know you're too old when...
...you can remember getting more than 10 sweets in a 10p pick and mix.
*sigh*
I re-tried one of those white mice a few years ago, it was foul! Used to love 'em when I was wee, and shrimps, and flying saucers...

Anyone remember Horlicks tablets & Cremola Foam? or am I just too old?

Dea.. - call me Mrs B! Posted Sep 6, 2006
There is a 'Bring back Creamola Foam' petition which has a website with recent sightings of tins on little corner shop shelves and such like. No idea what it's called though, stumbled over it in my travels.
I only ever liked the raspberry one.

The chopper bike?! Oh man would I love to have a spin on my old Shwin. Its was a five speed with a "sissy bar" (a long bar attached to the back of the seat) with a banana seat (faux leapord design) and those wicked V handle bars. We used to take baseball trading cards and attach them to our back tires with a clothe pin to immitate the sound of a motorcycle. Yes, the Centurion I now ride is a twenty five speed and eats hills for breakfast, but that Chopper is still my first love.

My folks wouldn't buy me a Chopper. Or a Grifter. I had a german bike with back-pedal brakes (which are a fantastic idea) that was quite good enough and they weren't going to waste money on a fad. I blame that, along with them never buying me the Evil Knievel motorbike thingy, for everything that's gone wrong in my life.
Mind you, their record collection included Showaddywaddy's 'Red Star', Status Quo's 'Pile Driver' & the Peer Gynt Suite, which more than made up for it.
