It's French, and so shouldn't stricly count here, but it's "developper". I find myself going "dvlvlvlppopper" whenever I try to say it.

Less of a word than a speech affectation, but, the tendency to end every sentence with "ok" and this sort of "Hnghnh", a short exhalation before and sentence full of contempt and nonwords.
