One girl called mine "The purple-headed womb-broom"
I didn't see her again after that...

a bit of both!
To be honest, I just started laughing so hard she gave up on, err, what she was doing (see- subtlety ) and walked out of the room.
Ahhh, to be 17 again....

Naming your own private parts is vanity. I'm more interested in what names other people have given them.
In the case of my wife and I, there was no deliberate plan to give nicknames. They just came about because we share a weird sense of humor, and something struck us at the time, and it became permanent due to usage.
I've seen the movie "Dumb and Dumber" too many times, and I'd just seen it again with my wife a day or so previous. You may recall the scene where Jim Carrey goes to use the bathroom and realizes he's there at the specified time for a gay hookup... and in comes Sea Bass. "Go to a happy place... go to a happy place..." So I'm snuggling in bed with my wife, and I'm playing at being depressed, and I say I need to go to a happy place... and a nickname is born.
I can't recall the context of my wife's nickname for me. We were either discussing intellectually the traditional nature of male-female relationships, or I was putting on my Male Chauvanist Pig act. Either way, she gave me a wink and a grin, and said, "Mmm, yeah, the man has The Power." And a nickname was born.
Of course, we're not only a nauseating couple to see together, but we're both so playful with language that we've devised an entirely new one, completely unintelligible to outsiders. And the great thing about our nicknames is that we can use them in context in conversations with other people, and we're the only ones who get the joke.

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted Jul 2, 2003
Nice to see that such a sticky, delicate subject can, at the hands of the H2G2 sapians, be handled with all the due care and sense of grandure that such a delicate subject requires. Having said which, this thread does make a awkward approch to appear as some kind of somewhat bizzare script from a Python scetch In the words of Spinal Tap'
'I'm goin g to sink you with my pink torpedo' No!, not mer personally... you've gotten entirely the wrong end of the stick.. hang on I've never dug a hole so quick

Wow! I had never thought of giving a name to such things, but some of these are quite creative. I wonder about people, sometimes, then I wonder about myself...

I've seen that question before at a serious Dutch erotic site for women and what struck me most was the fussy character of the answers.
I could never get an erection with such kind of nicknames.
(may be that's the purpose of it all. Who knows)
