What is it with breasts?

To be quite honest Xan, you come across to me as the sort of chap who *would* enter a wet t-shirt contest for charity. If only so you could attend the 3 weeks of rehersals beforehand
2legs, very good point.

Hmmmm, I don't know what to make of that comment I have done charity work before, but mostly just ringing doorbells. And I think the guys there would have thrown bottles at me if I had gotten up on stage. Maybe the women as well.

It's a compliment. OK?
You don;t seem to be one who is afraid of doing such things on their own. I believe the common parlance for it is 'up for it'. Although not 'up for *it*'. Although you probably are. Not that I want to know, of course.
Oh hell, this is why I never compliment people, it just ends up getting horribly twisted.
Argh.
So, breasts then. Anything new to add?

You don't know me that well then. Getting up on a stage in front of a bunch of people is one of the things that would really scare me. And I'm sadly not "up" for that many things. I have real difficulty "letting my hair down".

well obviously I don't know you, seems fair enough then. I just based it on your travels. Not everyone would be willing to traipse off round the world and go uni in a different country. But I guess you don't think of it like that.

>> I was just there to support charity of course, <<
So, were you supporting the left charity, or the right charity? Or Both?
RF
p.s. Never heard of anyone calling them "charities" before...

I thought this was going to be a sensible conversation about carving turkeys.

Funnily enough, my husband does a lot of work with charities ...

Hmmm, I guess my fears are just different from other people's. Moving to another country, yeah sure. Travelling another continent on my own, I could do that. Running around in the jungle on my own, I've done that. Chatting up a girl, ehhh no.

RF, you must be more positive. You currently have the freedom to walk up and down any High Street, supporting any charity you fancy . Whereas my poor husband can only support the two charities I'm attached to. Although that doesn't seem to stop him having a good look at other charities he could be supporting

What is it with Breasts????
Anyone asking that question is either gay or female!
(Sweeping statement alert)
ALL straight men ADORE breasts in every size or shape available. My theory on why men appear to fancy the bigger "Charities" is because from the first time they open up their very first copy of Penthouse (Or your magazine of choice) the pictures seem to indicate that blonde pouting very busty women in stockings = sex. A picture of TWO blonde pouting very busty women in stockings = Ultimate sex. God help them if they see a picture of three.........
Men cant help themselves - they are conditioned. The bigger they are, the better in bed the owner must be. All learned from soft porn mags during adolescence. It is also in the Male mind that the bigger HE is, then the better he is in bed.
All of this is obvious b*llocks of course, but is - by and large - what a lot of blokes think.

Well, I shall of course be on the lookout for two new charities to support. I am quite picky, though - whilst I will look at any well-presented charities, I won't support them unless their cause is at least moderately compatible with my values and beliefs.

No Ged...whilst I will observe any of these charities in action (or even in repose), I'm picky about the ones I'll actively support!

I've been looking for a pair of charities to support for some time, I was thinking perhaps it would be best supporting smaller charities, but Now I'm of the opinion, as I used to be, that the bigger the charities the beetter the support that can be given

I'm kicking myself now, the other day a really cute girl was standing in the high street with a clipboard asking me to support her charities.
And i walked on by!
If i had read this thread before hand, i would have taken her up on the offer.
