From a personal point of view re clothing. Once your boobs get to a certain size you are down to two options a top will either look frumpy (if you put them away) or tarty (if any slight part is in view). I would love to find some tops that are in between but I can't so ocasionally they get an airing (it is not good to feel frumpy every day).
I don't mind people having a look (if I'm having a good day I might even appreciate it) but staring at them during conversation is just rude - It's like staring at an amputees stump or at someones huge mole.
