Freezes generally all over the inland areas of so. California (inland of the coastal range) last night, more forecast for the upcoming week.
At least four 18 wheeler semi truck and trailer rigs blown off the freeways in San Bernardino, CA, in 130kph/80mph winds.

Freezing rain here, in the Okanagan
Which led to an early morning 15 vehicle pile-up on the Crowsnest highway a few km from me.
Fortunately no fatalities, but the road closure seriously messed up my schedule
Dam sanding trucks missed the beat on this one -- they should have been out all night, and clearly were not.

Hope we get some summer doldrums this year, June rainstorms coming off the Sea of Cortez. Doesn't happen every year.

Clear skies and brillant sunshine.
The temperature now is 17°C but feels a lot warmer and the wind speeds are a very gentle 4/5 mph SSE.

Weather faning tastic here today! Warm, sunny, bright blue sky and calm see. A fairly decent Easterly breeze just keeping the air temperature feeling cool enough. 20C

Coachella Valley, Ca, 12:06pm, clear sky, temperature 19C/64F, winds blowing from the east ~ 21kph/13mph, barometer falling.
Local winds usually blow from the west, (pineapple current over the San Gorgonio pass), or the south, (monsoonal flow/tropical storm, coming off the Sea of Cortez).

Moderate to heavy showers of rain from early in the morning to 17:00 and looks like there will be at least an half hour of more rain.

I thought we were in for another tropical storm yesterday, but the winds never really got higher than about 45kph. The sea looked amazing as it always does when we have a stiff breeze from the south.
Now, it's really calm and still. Temperature dropping as the sun set to about 19C at 7pm, just going really dark now, the sun set 20 mins ago.

Started off wcloudy with some drizzle, clouds started to clear from mid-day with plenty of sunshine. Now there are clear skies.
