The goats in the field down the road just got clipped, I could send you a nice wooly rug to keep your lap warm!

Don't like pussycats myself, but you can borrow my dog, if you want? He likes sitting on laps even though he's about the size of a donkey!

Mild but cloudy and drizzly.
Was in Dusseldorf today and it was about 20c and clear and fresh. Spring has sprung in Dusseldorf.

Bright and sunny and warm and lovely. Shame that I'm sick in bed and can't enjoy nor can I celebrate St Patrick's Day.

Brfight sunshine and very warm for the time of year.
St.Patrick's Day is traditionally a time when bare-legged drum-majorettes come over from the USA and turn all blue and goose-bumpy as they and their marching bands twirl their way through the city centre in a sharp wind with thin sleety drizzle. This year they must have been sweating!

Well, in the Northeast of Brazil, it is hot, hot, hot. I've never seen it so hot before. 32°C inside the house and no breeze to make one feel a little more cheerful. I know there are hotter places, but from 28°C on I, for one, do not feel well any more. There is this enormous ocean just half a km away and it is full of luke warm water!

This is more like traditional St.Patrick's weekend weather. Dull, grey, drizzly. But it's the first rain we've had for ages, so we shouldn't complain.

Ipswich, GB, 23-03-05.
We've had about a week of largely dry and sunny weather (although it did rain heavily for a while on Tuesday). It has been very mild - much too warm for March really and the local news is already talking about water shortages this summer.
