I presume that in countries like China where everybody has the same colour eyes and hair, these don't get mentioned in songs.

Dark brown although I've always wished they were a more interesting colour. Still, I guess they go well with my hair...

At the moment I have very long, wavy, dark brown hair with red lowlights (foils for 4 hours!!)and the occasional *silver* (not grey) one here and there
Back in my yoof had it all shaved up the back and spiky on top and dyed jet black - goth style. Came home from college and my mum wept! I looked like a zombie!

Brown eyes. Brown hair. Gingery beard, with white bits. Not very exciting. Ah well...

My hair is grey with dark blotches, which looks OK on a seal but not so good on an aging human.
I describe my eyes as grey-hazel. The Weddell describes them as "dogshit on a wet pavement".

Blonde, but not really light blonde. My mum always used to describe it as dishwater or grubby blonde.
I prefer to think of it as a kind of honey blonde - has some warm reddish tones in it.
Tried dying it brown once
I looked really weird because my eyebrows are really light and almost invisible, when I dyed my hair darker it looked like I didn't have any at all <- this is the closest I can get to

Well my hair was very fair when I was a young boy, then it went dark brown and what is left of it seems to be trying out a third colour. Grey.
Don't know what will come after that.

This must be the most poetic thread on the site. And a wonderful justification for everyone to talk about themselves. Glorious indulgence. I'll get round to me in a minute but I'd like to say that it's a good exercise to try and remember people's eye colour. Sometimes it's hard, although you think you know the person so well.
As we are all into quoting songs:
"Excuse me forgetting, but these things I do,
But, you see, I've forgotten if they're green or they're blue"
(No prizes for knowing who that's by)
Now to me, not much to report. Very plain mid-to-dark hazel with no blotches or firey bits or anything which, hopefully, at least means that I'm healthy! (Has no one mentioned irisology yet?)
Hair - was very dark chestnut once, but is now all grey. That is so insipid and makes me look old. In fact, when I went to fetch my littlest one from kindergarten (some 10 years ago now) one of the kids said "Dominic - you're granny's here!"
So now I have streaks - of the colour I used to be - put into the grey. If I didn't tell everyone I did that I don't think they'd guess.
Look - are we going to go any further with this topic? Like, everyone has a different colour nipples. This may apply to lips, too, not sure. Among white people, anyway, there's brown ones and pink ones. And then there's pubic hair. If we all give all our colours, we might get some really interesting substantial statistics which say absolutely nothing about the average h2g2 researcher.
Oh - and as for the dark hair turning grey ... I have a question: I always thought that I was gaelic in colouring (light skin, dark hair) but my Scottish friend is, too, and she's the same age as me but has hardly got a grey hair at all yet. She has green eyes, however.
Is there any pattern as to who turns grey first?

It probably has a lot to do with genes and how mean you treat your hair (perms, dying, etc)... which means I will either go grey very early (like my father who started doing so in his early 20's) or not until after I hit about 37 (when my mom started going grey other than the post-birth hormonal insanity grey), seeing as I don't color my hair at all and those curls.... they're natural (and a pain in the rear end if you ask me!).

Naturally it is English rat, with the half dozen or so grey hairs I got aged 34 which have stuck around since.
You are more likely to see anything from dark blonde to dark auburn, veering through Rich Mahogany, Golden Copper, and Aubaugine and all the other enticing names they put on the packets of hair dye.
My nails veer from shell pink to petrol green through peacock blue and pure violet preferably with sparkles. I will do a lot for a good sparkling nail polish.
Thats about all I am willing to disclose at the moment.
