Where can I find some nice friendly girls?

Which is something I need to develop
At least if nothing comes of this I can use it as a learning experience...

I need to take you out on a night on the pull, Six.
You can laugh at me getting blown out so many times, that you'll feel a lot better about yourself.

I do reckon my trouble was that I got lucky far too young and hung on to a good thing when I saw it...

Well, I can see your reasoning from the POV of a 15-year-old, but I did well to start late (apart from an ill-fated early fling, my first proper action was two weeks before I went to Uni, if I remember rightly...) and play the field. Can't say it's done me any harm, although I'm sure there's a couple of Researchers somewhere on this site that might contradict that.

#6, you could always block your number when you call her so if she doesn't answer she won't know who the missed call was from.

No way, that's well creepy. Don't do it. I never answer calls that come up 'withheld number' on principle.

Quite a few of my friends work for companies where the switchboard automatically blocks their numbers, so I'm used to getting calls from friendly people when the number is witheld. Maybe that is why I hadn't thought of this as creepy at all...

That's different. Calls which are work calls coming through as 'withheld' is understandable, but if she does answer the 'phone and it's Six coming up as 'withheld', then I'd think it was really creepy/odd that he was doing that.

Just bite the bullet and ring her
"Nothing ventured, nothing gained"
"Faint heart never win fair lady "
& any other romatic bits of wisdom I may remember

I could ring her from work - the switchboard here comes up as 'withheld number' - but as it seems that she doesn't answer her mobile during the day, I think it's a good idea but not that practical. I reckon I'll either give it a go tomorrow night or leave it until next week.

If you put 141 before her number it should withhold your number.
