What Scares The Hell Out Of You?

Yes indeedie, and the masochistic patient was played by Bill Murray, who is quite scary in his own way.
I wonder...if so many people are so scared by the Second Administration of George Bush, why did so many people vote for him? (I voted for Nader.) Perhaps Winston Churchill was right..."You can always count on Americans to do the right thing...after they've exhausted every possible alternative."

my biggest fear is the possibility of crushed glass in my food which will cut me up inside causing internal bleeding and slow painful death. gross, yes i know. i read some book when i was younger when some person put crushed glass in some ppls burgers and they died.
fortunately i seem to forget this 'fear' and don't have a problem eating
i guess it's just something i think about in my more paranoid moments.
yeah, war is pretty scary....

vCJD - Is there any disease scarier?
The incubation period may be up to 30 years, there is not test before autopsy and the effects are to effectively regress your brains evolution from normal to dead in about 18 months.

I like the crossword. Plus my lefty father used to get it when I was small to "see what the enemy are thinking"

Religion as a whole is just to quote Lister "another reason for mankind to be generally crappy to one another"

No2 son's instuctor says he has to practise town driving and lane changing this week, preferably doing both by going round the one way system and large roundabouts at interchanges.
I shall be so glad when he has passed his test.
I have always told my sons that they can't learn to drive till they can afford a car.
No1 son is now saving madly.
Oh nooooooooooooo.................

I have rarely been so frightened as when my younger son had just learnt to drive. He would have killed me this summer if there hadn't been a hard shoulder as well but on the whole the experience has been worth it. I don't like driving myself but both my sons do, thus allowing me to drink

I love driving, but will be quite happy to accept lifts when he has passed!
At the moment he has been ferrying me around for the experience and since he got his own car, he has increased in confidence.

I agree about organised religion, I heard a quote somewhere (can't remember where)that argueing over religion is like kids fighting over who's imaginary friend is the hardest.
I am also terrified of creepy clowns, well, all clowns as I think they are all creepy.
