If you think about it in a non-rude way, it could be anything from a priest to a fancy cushion.

Antidisestablishmentarianism is not to be against the establishment exactly because there is a double negative.

1)Establishmentatianism is to be for the establishment (ie, politics/the church etc)
2)Disestablishmentarianism is to be for the dissolution of the establishment.
3)Antidisestablishmentarianism is to be against the dissolution of the establishment but not exactly for it either. (ie. You hate the politicians but beleive that a revolution would do more damamge than good)

Confusing but still a good word that I have managed to use about three times in normal converation in the last few months.
