I don't know whether you will see this before Christmas but I hope you have a great one.
BTW I understand why hootoo couldn't take on the R2 lot they are a full time job that's just with 200+ it's not easy. I've had to close the board for 4 days, especially with a few drinkers around, to give us all a break and re-charge our batteries 
.
