I don't have any background in law, so I can't really say what should be done about BMT's demand. All I know is that some way to accommodate BMT should be found. We all want to proceed in peace, and not place burdens on anyone. The option of joining the new entity is always there if BMT wishes to use it. smiley - smiley

Could we start by asking why BMT is so against her rights being transferred to a company that is pretty much run by us and those who started us up?

After being away for years, I returned to find the site seemingly in limbo but a month ago...and suddenly social networking provides me with this wonderful news! With tech getting us closer to a "real Guide" I look forward to doing what I can to contribute to this great dream we all share.

doughy hood

A bit of a naive question (maybe) but will we have to re-register, or will our BBC logins be copied across?

Glad that h2g2 isn't disappearing in the plural zones (there is a small blue/green planets there that has some very strange inhabitants!).

Doughy.
