h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*Yar is impeded by dozens of adorable little snow goons, hugging his arms and feet! Look at 'em go!*

[Yar] Augh!

[He draws his katana, slices at them a bit, then charges toward the exit again before they can reform.]

*Various key members of the assault hear a message and stop attacking Yar, letting him towards the exit (now open), though no great attempt is made to stop the dozens of mini-snowmen between Yar and the exit*

[Yar air tricks his way towards the exit, slashing his katana at any snow goons directly in his way. He is evidently taking a "Rincewind" stance in this particular instance.]

*Snow goons keep getting slashed, other fighters keep holding back, not entirely sure why*

[Yar gets over to the exit, sort of where we were quite a bit ago, charging at the door with the apparent intentions of slicing it to bits.]

*The door cheerfully whizzes open*

[Yar pauses to look outside.]

*An inviting road leads away from STUMPED Stadium and back towards the main h2g2 area. The outer defenses are largely turned off. A gecko warrior/ticket vendor cheerfully waves at Yar*

[Yar waves cheerfully back, and starts walking off, but then he pauses, looking around for where the CLI Mini-UFO crashlanded.]

*He'd probably notice odd smoke rising from a mountain not too far in the opposite direction*

[Yar rapidly makes his way thataway, using Air Trick to go in three-meter bursts.]

*Minos Krylma emerges from the lower confines of the Stadium, and turns to Milos, still tied to the chair*

KL-Milos, my good friend. You were a fantastic help. Thank you. But now that your protector is gone, there are certain other projects that I need your help with.

*KL walks to an elevator that'll let him get to the lower levels of the Stadium, while a Kimodo Warrior pushes the chair that a nervous looking Milos sits in towards the elevator as well*

[Yar doesn't see any of this, and keeps heading on towards the mountains.]

*Enjoys the proceedings with a Chuckle*

*Takes a stroll around the place and notices it a bit different*

Hmmm, the Roster seems to be missing

[And somewhere in the world, a helicopter exists.]

*a thin black line of trans-thread portal opens up rotates 90 deg and deposits a semi-concious Red Dog into the thread. Red's ectoplasmic spook armour is shorting out all over and his Hero-in-Trouble (HIT) beacon starts playing a pre-recorded mayday message*

"Dreadfully sorry about this but I appear to have had a spot of bother with life and I'm wondering whether there is someone in the vicinity who could toddle along and help out. I know it's a frightful bore but we can't let the bad guys make whoopee out of this can we ?*

~starts repeating on a loop~

*Several Gecko Warriors casually strolling by blink at Red Dog for a few moments. One shrugs and walks over to the Hero In Trouble in an attempt to carefully lift him over the railing and drop him into the pinball court below*

[A Black-Suited Extra with nothing better to do peers down at the pinball court, watching with interest.]

*carefully opens one eye to see a single gecko warrior attempting to lift a Hero in full size battle armour*
