The questions go through many iterations as I sit here and think of how best to deceive ... I mean phrase my riddle. Occasionally an error of tense like that slips though and I don't notice.

peru and bolivia had an alliance of sorts and went to war with chillie, they(bolivia)lost the coast and chillie consolodated their position

when the miners were getting pulled out of the ground, my mate was round and said it was quite suprising that a bolivian was in the mine and the bolivian president was there as bolivia and chillie have this enmity that dates back from the war where bolivia lost its coastline to chillie and now bolivia will do anything, like driving pipelines over mountain and through jungle just so the don't have anything to do with chillie, its sort of on a par with israel and the palestinians

as an aside he told me that the chilliean president is one of 3 billionaire presidents in their own right in the world, silvio berlesconi of italy and the president of pakistan being the other 2

it probably had a navy in the south pacific, seeing as thats where its coasline was, its this to do with what happend to that navy, now that they had no port to call home anymore???
