I find that individuals are more pleasant to deal with if they are not ever-ralphing.

It also helps if you squint at calendars.... allowing only enogh light to penetrate your eyeballs to see the numbers and not the names of the days.

Or make your own calendars! I do that for TJ's office! I even change holidays: Easter Dontbry, etc.
