What is it with pumpkin pie? (yes I know you yanks eat it for thanksgiving)
But honestly! Some vegetarian friends of mine once cooked some concoction with pumpkin, and I found it utterly tasteless! How do you lot make it tasty?

I didn't use nutmeg, but I did out in cinnamin, cloves, and ginger. And LOTS of sugar.
I just had some, and it came out very well, despite the bubbling incident.

Ginger1 I knew there was some other yummy spice in it (I tend to cheat and just use pumpkin pie spice). And yep, sugar is a must!
