A Conversation for The Kingdom of Balwyniti
Welcome weary travellers!
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Dec 8, 2000
I am lost in many places, but the dungeons is not currently one of them....I generally find splashing on oneself more amenable than splashing it on crickets, but you may do as you wish....
Welcome weary travellers!

Very well Sire.
*splooshh! douses insect with .
Angry chirping from cricket*
Oh dear! It didnt seem to like that!
*picks up cricket and wipes with tattered hem of robes*
There, there! Ouch!
I don't think we should play with that cricket
Welcome weary travellers!

*enters carrying pet duck, Bingo*
Well the game of cricket seems to have been postponed. The king is easily distracted it seems. And what about the Queen's birthday, Bingo? Surely Balwyniti must host a festival of celebrations.
Perhaps the king will recover his wits in time to issue a Royal Decree, perhaps not, for his wits seem to have fled far, far afield.
Ah well, looks like we have the royal palace all to ourselves, so let us repair to the royal roofgarden and duckpond for another swim.
*Bingo quacks in total agreement*
Welcome weary travellers!
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Dec 15, 2000

*dripping wet and covered in duckweed*
Sire! sire!
*the king is nowhere to be found*
Oh well, Bingo it looks like we'll have to take care of all the important matters of state for today.
I've been reading a most interesting commic book on statecraft, by some Scottish fellow ....Mac...Mac...MacIavelli, thats it! Didn't quite grasp it though.
Time for another swim!
*...SPLASH...*

Careful of the duck Sire!
(methinks the king looks a little disturbed, perhapss I should draw his attention to some important matters of state)
My Liege, how go the plans for the Her Majesty's birthday celebrations?
Welcome weary travellers!
Barblefish-philological piscean, Keeper of Teatime Paraphernalia and Advisor to the Royal Court of Balwyniti Posted Dec 15, 2000
SIRE! I am overjoyed! !
Let us have a ripsnorting banquet in Her Majesty's honor!
Perhaps a parade.
Music!
Dancing!
(More later, i shall repair now to my tower and draw up a list of extremely useful advice!)
Come Bingo! Take leave of the King for the moment.
*bows deeply*

Hello! I wish for a spot of land here, so that I may build my mansion. I can certainly afford any expenses that entails.
Welcome weary travellers!
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Posted Dec 28, 2000
Indeed you may do so, if you bear in mind the adjuration that no tree may be felled or harmed in it's building....there is a lovely piece of land in between the lodge and the gables green, perhaps you would like to build there? And indeed, is there any position within the Kingdom you wish to claim?
Welcome weary travellers!
Mister Seymour (Chief Investor in the Church of the One True Brownie) Posted Dec 30, 2000
Excellent.
Of course, of course. Now, let's get on with the plans...
