Two things... 1. As this is season two, it requires you to grow a beard, being the first officer.
2. Where is sickbay? This is a new ship afterall....
*The turbolift doors shut and take Checkout on a whirlwind tour of the ship*

[YK] So, with Season 2, we get new characters!

*Hands Checkout a large bottle of aftersun and a hot cup of brownian motion inducer.*

[YC is reclining on a couch in his quarters]

[YC gets up and exits]

Just a question: is Brownian Motion Inducer the tea or the machine that makes the tea? I've always heard it was the machine, but I've seen people refering to it as the tea itself here. Just trying to get things straightened out.

It's the tea.

I wonder why it was the tea making machine in CK5 that was the Inducer. Oh, well.

*Passes Affy a hot cup of brownian motion inducer so he can think straight*

*Runs onto the bridge, grinning.*

Hey Affy, have you seen the weapons lab? They actually MADE all that stuff we dreamed up. Some of it I didn't think was possible.

*Calms down a little*

The hot tea exhibits brownian motion, so I suppose it could be the inducer, although I think of it more as the medium. The machine produces the tea, in which the brownian motion is found, so in that sense, the machine is the inducer. Take your pick. Myself, I think the machine is the inducer.

*Drinks the tea anyway, because it's good stuff and gets rid of the pain*
