Astrophysics and Temproal Distortions... Watch your step

*walks into a room that looks like a bad acid trip at first*
Wow, this is neat, for about the first ten minutes, then it's downright nauseating.
*sits down until his mind gets right again*
There, much better. So any one come in yet? Just be careful, there are all sorts of interdimensional beings in here, it's where they like to hang out.
Don't worry though, they like cheesy biscuits, and are quite friendly to work with.
Just one warning, don't go near the pillar like object in the center of the room, it's where the whole mix of dimensions come together.
*leaves sign saying exactly what he just said in the abouve paragraph, plus a 'please' tagged on the end of it*

Yes indeed, this is where I used to work on crude dimensional experiments. You can't do too much with the dimensional bipasser in here, as my watch controls it. Only I can move between dimensions at the mo, but you can fidle around with settings and stuff to send other things through...

*arrives with Cheesy biscuits*
In my experience, it's better not to leave signs around telling people what not to do... Makes them curious...
Much better saying "please feel free to stand and look" or something...
Oh what am I talking about...

*stumbles in, stinking of gin, and proceeds to sit on a table.....that is only if there is a table here, otherwise he just kind of lays on the floor* what? a pillar?

SO...If no ones going to use the other lab...What's it for no, storage? *glances over to Dodge and gives him a slight nudge in the ribs,* *wink wink* Elbow elbow* Say no more....

Yes, a table would be good, but right now there isn't much furniture in here. we should just find someone to come on over and bring some. Might make it a bit more 'labish' in here.
But as long as the cheesy biscuit flow is constant, it should be a good time in here.

oh yes of course....Well i'm just going to use the lavatory *nods at tysbe* and in case your wondering, i'm most definatly NOT going to use the old lab for experiments on the intensification of alchohol, and there will be no, i repeat no cold fusion happening...*with said he goes to the old lab to try and deal with the monkeys*

*looks a little worried, then munches on some of the cheesy biscuits that E had brought in earlier, but he hadn't noticed it*
Thanks E
So is anyone else worried about alcohol and cold fusion and drunken monkeys in the lab next door, becaues a most certainly am, but I guess that worse has happened, I mean just look at that lab in the first place, it can only get better...right?
*crosses fingers*

*Looks around in a Casual manner and twidles thumbs a bit* So...I think I'll just go and be somewhere right now, oh I don't know, just go..and...well..er...*Walks camly out the door and stuffs some biscuits in his pockets*

There's a large tesseract protruding in to the room over there...and there...and there... We could use THAT as a table, but the only drawback is that we could only lay four-dimensional biscuits down on it.

That could be our slogan - "Taking Cheesy Biscuits to a New Dimension!"

Oh, by the way, for experiment ideas check out http://www.pbs.org/wnet/hawking/strange/html/stuff.html - if it had a few more tea-soaked monkeys it'd be the perfect reference resource!

Great page peet! I'll have to spend a lot of sleepless nights reading it all.
Hmm...That gives me an idea, do you think that BigC would mind too terribly if we tried to develop some sort of singularity in here, you know, for garbage disposal?

Excellent, now just to figure out how
*ponders at the chalkboard, which doesn't really look like a chalkboard, just a mass of moss, and tree branches*
I guess it's getting pretty weird in here, isn't it?

True, I think that some new term will have to be invented to cover all the messed up things happening in labs. Hmm.... something long and very dramatic I suppose.
