Hello everyone im a new angel and im happy so im gettin drinks for everyone.

i'll jump on that bandwagon. More drinks all around! I'll even bring a handcart to help to more somnolent out the door.

oh dear... have people seen the pictures of the get-together in Scotland... eek!

Hi all you new guardian angels! I am also a new one, I was accepted into the angelic folds at the latest ceremony with you guys. Well I just wanted to say hi.

Triv hiccups happily. "Looks like the books I read were wrong," he mumbles into his 6th pint of bitter. "Angels CAN get drunk."

He curses, dreamily. No use having a angry angel, after all.
He catches his holy reflection in a mirror, and realises his halo is following a rather erratic path about his head, much like a sleepy lightning bug trying to evade the sudden appearance of a flock of low flying geese.

Exactly like that, but a dull red.

"Huh. Cool," he says before motioning for another pint. The act of waving throws his entire body off balance, and he decides instead to have a little nap on the floor. Meanwhile his 7th pint sails down the bar as if it has suddenly decided to become an extra in a John Wayne movie, hits the guardrailrail at the end and tips itself gracefully on top of Triv's head. He sputters blissfully, again because, hey, what good is a soggy, drunken, concussed and ANGRY angel.

"Thank God for my towel," triv proclaims.

"You're welcome," he relies from his corner, chuckling to himself.

(I think I'm gonna like it here...)

ah... i'm not sure, but being the PS of uncertainty does give a bit of lee-way doesnt it!

I wouldn't have to go through another ceremony, would I?

eek... I'd ask GOD-Almighty... though he does appear to be propping up the bar somewhat Try St P, or even possibly His Narrator

Is he still keeping Tabs by now I shurly owe him my sole. Or does he alredy own that oh well I gess I should just give him this
*Puts down a creat full of ottles containg verus drinks but most of them are of scotch*
Does that cover it yet or is there some more stil owing I never can keep track of these.
Oh and as we are on the subject of patronages can I also add oridganl spelling (as Zax sugested) maby if I have that in my name people will complane less.

can someone please explain to me what an archangel is and how fashion cat got to be one? sounds interesting...

hello there.
i don't know if i am lost or if i have somehow managed to stumble across where i was attempting to locate myself. i enjoy doing my best to help others whenever possible and if i can't help them then i at least try to make them smile. do you think the lovely guardian angels could do with someone like me? if not then i would understand

Hello. I have already met some of you. I have been doing a bit of soul-searching, and some shriving; I have got my conscience as clear as it is ever going to be.
Please would you consider this application for me to join your ranks. I could look after the lost poetry office, and I could organise all the music you might need for special celestial events.
I do not really own an old anorak.

oh dear! where to start...

right. Sea, about 7 weeks ago I joined h2g2. The wonderful Zax greeted me and within the first week I had become a Guardian Angel. I went out with my new wings, and welcomed people to the guide. Some ignored me, others replied instantly, and most I'm getting replies back from now...

I got to know Arch Zax better along with the other angels, and helped out where I could. I spotted a few errors, greeted the new recruits, adn in general was as helpful as I could be. Every 20 saints there is an Archangel ceremony, and I was nominated to become Archangel at the 60 saint mark. My friends voted for me (my enemies tried to rally other votes, but didnt quite manage it!) and I became Archangel!

The real purpose behind it in my opinion is to enjoy yourself, and help others along the way. That is how I went along, and look at me now.



AA... I've seen some of the work you do, and no doubt He will consider you worthy for the post!

and Kes! GOD, Kes is my Guardee... He really deserves his wings, if only so I dont have to carry him when I'm out flying!
