Having just been reminded that we have no current management, i thought I should bring it up again - mainlybecause I can't remember what the previous thread was called.

Cupis Stunt did attempt to contact Steve. Assuming that we have heard nothing back then I think it is fair to say we have done our utmost to follow the correct protocol.

I think we had a good candidate in Mikeo for the position.

Is there anyone else that would like to campaign for the position?

If not I suggest we go ahead and ask the italics to transefer the editing rights to Mikeo, without further delay

It was the 'Stoking the fires' thread (I thank you) and Mikeo did indeed seem well up for it. I would volunteer but I'm useless. I'd either be dull & procrastinate or get drunk and turn M2M2 into a smut fest (which is what I'm secretly trying to do to HooToo. I hope nobody noticed).

But anyway, yeah, I'd still be up to having editing rights for M2M2 ... although should I send an email to that effect or does someone else have to nominate me?

And on a slightly divergent topic, does this also mean I *have* to go the M2M2 meet down in London in late January/early February?

Fair enough ... I'm intending to pop down to London anyway to see my friends (a couple who moved down a couple of months ago) and their kittens/cats, so I could do both that and the meet while I'm there.

Just send the staff an email saying that Steve is happy to be relieved, the rest of the regulars are pleased for you to take over the editing rights and you hope to raise the profile of this group.

Once everything is revamped we might be able to get a frontpage plug.
