OK Mort - being slightly apprehensive of the forthcoming smut - here is your one-week prod.

It's time for a prod, it's been a week since anybody has given you one.

What smut?

I've decided, after much deliberation, to stick the M2M2 thing in my tag. It took much thought because I'm a bit reticent about being out on HooToo (ahem) but I thought 'What the heck! Live dangerously Roymondo'.

Maybe not much of an idea but the best I can do at the moment.

A couple of proper ideas:

1) Our own regular 'Post' type thing relating recent relevant news stories etc. Many people might not want to leave a trail of gay sites on their/their partner's/their friends'/their parents' PCs so our own M2G2 news summary could be useful to 'em. Or perhaps a column in The Post itself?

2) A members list? Not as in 'you have to sign up to be here' but more a 'look, other people are here, they're up for chatting if you need to (but beware of smut), no need to be shy, you're not alone' type of thing.

There you go, I said I was taking it seriously!

And some of the linked pages have long since been withdrawn/modded so could do with ditching.

I don't like the idea of a members list. Whatever it's intetion, it'll look to the casual browser to be "click here and join the gays!".

The column in the post isn't a bad idea though. Who's going to write it

Re: the members list. I thought that, in addition to the reasons I gave above, it might give us some idea of how many people knock about M2M2 - there only seem to half a dozen of us at the moment, but I take your point, and have been thinking about ditching the M2M2 reference from my tag for the same reason.

Re: The Posty thing. Damn, I knew you'd ask that. I'm up for it but can't guarantee much (believe it or not I don't spend much time on gay sites!) but will do what I can if we establish some parameters & stuff.

Shortly after the last post I remembered why you'd been prodding Mort.

I have no idea why I was prodding Mort, I just joined in with the activity because I like a good bit of Smut.

Ah, hang on, it was Mikeo prodding Mort. She doesn't seem to have noticed, though!

I did - but I was enjoying it so kept quiet in the hope of getting more prodding

Limited h2g2 time at the moment, as I have had a house guest for Christmas who will be here for another 2 weeks.
