Alright, let's see, that's Ginger for the chocolate sprinkles on the cappucino's, and Marty for the... *banging* thing with the espresso nozzle thingy... well, the "espresso nozzle thingy" is called a "portafilter" (because it's like a coffee filter, but you can move it around, so it's protable)... but I don't think there's a technical term for the "banging thing", though I know what you mean...
