When the Queen dies and they coronate Charles, will they use a real crown or a replica one?

Sometimes it is best to find some penniless young bride/bridegroom from the lower orders to refresh the gene pool or you can get some weird inbred situation going among the often closely related monarchies.

"And Julia Roberts" [ Smartarse]
Good catch!
Replenishing the gene pool by marrying young royals to English spouses seems to be the current strategy. This seems to give the Queen fits, though. Her relations with Princess Diana and Duchess Kate and Fergie were not good. It's a somewhat dysfunctional family, like many non-royal ones.

There are different crowns, and you can see an article about them here: A51721724
In fact, if you look at post boxes, different monarchs' post boxes display different crowns.
Victoria used the Imperial State Crown, Edward VII had Imperial State Crown on early boxes, but most used the Tudor Crown, the same used by George V, Edward VIII and George VI. Elizabeth II uses St Edward's Crown in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the Crown of Scotland in Scotland.
One fun fact about coronations is that they make special chairs for the guests attending the occasion, usually blue with the appropriate royal cypher in the corner. After the coronation has ended, anyone who sat in the chairs is allowed to keep their chair and take it home. Cue a vision of numerous guests in their finery leaving Westminster Abbey and heading down to the tube carrying their chairs. And then selling them on e-bay.

Those attending the last coronation of the King of Sweden got flat-packed ones.
