>>* "there might be gays so I'll avoid it lest I see something that turns my stomach"<<

Poor, delicate little flower. I'm sure if you let them know you were so frail, they'd stop. Gay folk are nice like that.

>>* "there might be gays so I'll avoid it lest I catch something unpleasant"<<

Yes, because the gays carry so many diseases that can transmitted through open water. Of course such an assertion isn't homophobic and/or ignorance.

>>"there might be gays so I'll avoid it lest they make catty comments and try to imply that the fact that I want to AVOID them means I'm actually one of them".<<

You know that sentence doesn't make any kind of sense right? Restructuring it thusly: "I'll avoid them because if I go near them they'll tease me because I'm avoiding them." shows the contradiction more clearly.

>>Don't, please, get carried away with the idea you're a unique special wikkle fwower wot the nasty man especially hates and fears.<<

Mate, I really don't. You've made it clear you hate pretty much everyone and not in a casual, jokey misanthropic way.

Also: "interesting that your mind went straight to gay sex"

Can anyone please name a place OTHER than Hampstead Heath which is MORE clearly associated with gay sex?

Or, come to that, can anyone who lives outside London quickly tell me anything ELSE about Hampstead Heath, other than its reputation as a cruising spot as parodied by George Michael in "Extras"?

It's a bit like saying "Trent Bridge" and then trying to draw some sort of conclusion from the fact that someone's mind goes to cricket.

"I'm sure if you let them know you were so frail, they'd stop. Gay folk are nice like that."

Really?

Because the impression I get, from you amongst many others, is that if someone did say "look, what you're doing makes me want to vomit, could you stop?", the response would be other than polite. In fact, there's a clear precedent for it having very negative consequences for the complainant.

And if preferring not to watch you and your ilk having sex makes me "frail" (smiley - huh), what does prefering me not to mention it make you?

I'm sure all you het men here would enjoy the womens pond if they'd let you in..and the enclosed picnic area next to it. Its full of gay women..and very nice it is to.

I think the het women generally go to the mixed pond with their 'husbands'

Someone on this site has said a gay male friend of theirs finds the thought of a man and woman having sex stomach churning and made them feel sick...does that make them hetereophobic?

Old girlfriends have said the thought of them giving cunnilingus to a woman turns their stomach...or that could just have been an excuse for not having a threesome...

My previous girlfriend said she found the idea of gay men having sex a turn on. Doesn't do it for me. I'm just indifferent.

Plenty of other fantasies though.

MMF - Keeper of Mustelids, with added P.M.A., is now in a relationship.

Thanks for the support Effers.

And Stodmarsh must b one of the best, almost forgotten, nature reserves in the Country.

I still say Kent.
In England, it's as far away from Wales as you can get, unless you count the London Welsh Male Voice Choir, who drink in my local in Middlesex. smiley - tongueincheek

But then they are almost Anglicised and civilised. smiley - winkeye

MMF

Well it wasn't hard to give the support as I'm totally in love with the place I was born in, and its known as the Garden of England..which it still is to a degree but was then much more so.
