I will ask about digiboxes.

One person asked whether they would have to have seperate email addresses for each account they have. The answer to this is yes you will. As I explained in my original announcement you can't pull together seperate accounts if they all have the same email. You will have to choose one to upgrade.

Hel2, you will need to convert your account to the new system. You can do it now or wait until the new year.

I would sit pretty right where you are, but when in the new year it all looks a bit different and it acts like it doesn't know who you are... It'll look like you're making a new account but you can keep all your old details.

What this particular area will look like and how it will work afterwards are anybody's guess, but I honestly would say and if you should venture elsewhere on the beeb and are asked to create an account, just put all your usual details in and then you'll already be on the new system when it does eventually bleed over to us.

I know it's a bit scary for people, but it's not complicated and you dont *have* to do anything right now, and when you do, it'll tell you!
