I dunno about least-used, but it's heartening that probably the most-used is . Says a lot about the place.

I think one of the least used smileys is probably or maybe even or

used to be used by a French researcher called loup d'argent, so I saw it alot when I was first here. But not lately though.

I think the least used smiley is probably . That was the smiley for a space, there.

After all, there's no need for it in conversations or guide entries, only if you want a gap between a bunch of other smileys.

TiT is right that some smileys are never used outside of sigs. EMR used to sign with the , but I think she's given that up now.
