Medical writing, either for an agency or freelance. The latter can be a bit of a shock to the system if you've been used to a doctor's wages though...

The insurance industry are always looking to have doctors on their books. They can send you out here, there and everywhere in order to bring home sick and injured holidaymakers.

Script-writer (ER, Doctors, Casualty, Holby City, Diagnosis Murder etc.), Novelist (Doctor at sea, Doctor on the Go etc.), Chef/Cook (Ready, Steady Cook, Breakfast CTV, as Dietician).
